Val Gordon, Founder and President

Val Gordon's expertise is in creating environments for leaders to articulate the most critical organizational issues they are facing and collaborating with them to design a way forward that serves people and fulfills the mission.  She specializes in facilitating authentic dialogue that launches leaders and teams into efficiency and health.  She loves to learn and seeks to create learning space for leaders to reflect and wrestle for the sake of growth and transformation. Val was trained in consulting and change leadership at Georgetown University. She has over 20 years of experience in non-profit management where she learned through trial and error how to design thoughtful and effective change processes for the sake of organizational change and growth.

Geoff Gordon, Partner and Co-Founder

Geoff Gordon loves collaborating with and coaching others to turn a compelling vision into reality. Creative and entrepreneurially minded, he is owner and licensor of Photobooth Planet - a photo booth rental business with independent offices throughout the Northeast.  He is also co-founder of The Providence Granola Project and currently serves as treasurer on the board of Beautiful Day RI - a 501c3 mobilizing refugee employment through business innovation.  Like Val, Geoff spent fifteen years in management within a national non-profit.   In 2008 Geoff received his MBA from Bryant University.
